The my e-PASS app offers a comprehensive solution for existing Nea Attiki Odos customers, providing essential functions similar to those available on the Customer Web portal. Designed for Android users, the app facilitates seamless management of Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) accounts by enabling access to key account details and payment functionalities. Users can conveniently log in with their Customer Web portal credentials and opt for features such as persistent login and password recovery.

User-Friendly Features and Payment Options

Once logged in, my e-PASS presents a Home screen displaying crucial account information, including subscriber codes, commercial policy programs, and transaction summaries. The Menu screen then allows for actionable features like viewing account details for multiple ETC accounts, making account payments with either new or existing bank cards, and resetting passwords if needed. The app integrates secure online payment processes via a cooperating payment provider, ensuring a streamlined and safe payment experience.

Secure Account Management and Communication

The app provides detailed account activity, allowing users to review transactions and payments over the past week. Additionally, it supports management of Transponders-Account cards, enabling users to report lost or stolen cards efficiently. To enhance user experience, my e-PASS includes communication forms to facilitate direct engagement with customer service. Users can choose predefined topics for inquiries, ensuring targeted support.

Multilingual Support and Customization

my e-PASS supports display in both Greek and English, allowing users to toggle between languages via the settings page. The app also covers essential settings like changing the password, understanding the Terms of Use, and reviewing the Privacy Policy, ensuring a user-centric and versatile digital platform for toll account management.
